Goods Keeper Project

Chiang Mai / November 2025

Goods Keeper Project started from my concern.

Every time I go back home to Thailand, I don’t really see the same craftsmanship I used to grow up with. The handmade textiles, the fabric work, the slow process—it’s becoming less visible. That made me think a lot about culture, tradition, and how easily it can fade over time.

For me, fabric is not just fabric. It carries history, identity, and the way people live.

This platform is created to support and connect with makers across Thailand—especially those working with traditional textiles and handmade fabrics. It includes local businesses from different regions, as well as northern hill tribe communities who continue to create their own clothing by hand.

Goods Keeper is built through traveling, meeting people, having conversations, and understanding their work and their lives. Every piece carries a connection to the person who made it and the place it comes from. By supporting these makers, we are also supporting their neighborhoods, their families, and their ability to continue their craft.

The clothing shared here will be a mix—some vintage pieces, some remade from old fabrics, and some newly created works that help sustain ongoing practices. Because of this, not everything will be perfect or new. Some pieces may show wear, and that is intentional. It reflects the life of the material and the history it holds.

This project is about preservation, but also about movement—allowing tradition to live, adapt, and travel.
